FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
01Do you purchase the inventory yourselves?
For our brokerage service, the supplier and buyer transact directly. We coordinate introductions and help manage the discussion.
02Who can submit inventory?
Inventory owners and people authorized to represent them, including traders, liquidators, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and brands.
03Is there a minimum order?
We focus on bulk business transactions. Suitability depends on the product, quantity, pricing, location, and buyer requirements. Send the lot details so we can assess the fit.
04What does your service cost?
There is no charge to submit inventory or share buying requirements. Brokerage compensation is agreed with the supplier in writing before introductions.
05How quickly can an inventory lot sell?
Timing depends on the product, price, available documentation, buyer demand, and transaction terms. We do not guarantee a sale or a closing date.
06Will my inventory be publicly advertised?
We agree with you on what may be shared and obtain your approval before publicly listing a lot.
07How is product information checked?
We review the information and documents provided and identify outstanding questions. Any independent inspection or additional verification is discussed for the specific transaction.
08Who arranges shipping?
Shipping responsibilities, costs, pickup requirements, and delivery terms are agreed between the parties before the sale proceeds.
09How are returns, shortages, or damaged goods handled?
These matters must be addressed in the terms agreed for the transaction. They should be clarified before payment and shipment.
10Can products be resold on Amazon or other marketplaces?
Eligibility depends on the product, documentation, seller account, marketplace rules, and any supplier restrictions. We do not guarantee marketplace approval.
11Can a supplier restrict resale channels or destinations?
Yes. Suppliers should disclose those restrictions at the start so they can be considered when assessing potential buyers.
